Request deletion of your Moonstone account.
Request account deletion
Email the existing contact below from your account email where possible, with the subject “Moon Commanders account deletion”. State that you want your Moonstone account and associated Commanders data deleted. Include your username and any department names. If you cannot access that mailbox, explain this without sending identity documents in the first message.
Department deletion
Deleting a department inside the game removes that save. It does not delete your Moonstone login, connected-service records, release-email registration or all logs and backups. Disconnecting Discord, Google or Twitch also does not delete your account.
Processing and retention
The current request route is manual; automated account deletion is not yet implemented. The final process must explain what is removed, what records must be retained and why, backup handling and completion. Deletion is not an automatic refund or cancellation of a future provider subscription.

- Implement verified, tracked deletion across both databases and related services.
- Approve narrowly scoped retention exceptions and a working in-app deletion flow before mobile submission.
