Fan creations made outside the game.
External fan creations
Fan artwork and other fan creations occur outside Moon Commanders. The game does not provide a media upload feature. This draft does not grant a new license to use studio or third-party intellectual property.
Collaboration characters
Characters marked COLLAB, including Astra Menae, include third-party intellectual property. Permission for the studio to use a character does not automatically give fans permission to reuse it. Consult the original rights owner’s fan-content terms or request permission before using collaboration content.
Permission requests
Until the policy is finalized, contact the studio about commercial fan projects, merchandise, use of game assets or claims of official endorsement. Describe the proposed use and which assets it involves.
Before this policy takes effect

- Finalize the founder’s broad fan-use preference for studio-owned IP, including commercial fan products, attribution and endorsement limits.
- Confirm each contract’s ownership, permitted uses and sublicensing rights; add rights-owner credits and fan-policy links for collaborations. A commercial-use license does not necessarily transfer ownership.
