Information used by accounts and the game.
Current account information
The existing Account privacy notice explains account sign-in and connected services. Accounts use email, username or display name, verification records and a salted password hash when a password is configured. Connected services supply identity and profile information.
Game and service records
The game stores department profiles, progress, currency balances, collections, recruitment history, friends and division records. Email release registrations store an address and subscription preference. Security and network services process request information.
Requests
You can request access, correction or deletion using the Contact / Legal Requests page. Disconnecting a provider or deleting a department does not delete all account records. Do not send a password or identity document with an initial request.

- Confirm the full provider and data inventory, purposes, applicable legal bases, transfers, rights and regional notices.
- Approve retention periods and implement deletion/export across accounts, game records, email systems and backups before public launch.
