Current purchase status
Real-money purchases in the audited Moon Commanders game are disabled. Existing example packs are not an approved commercial offer. This page does not set a no-refunds rule.
When purchases launch
The checkout and final refund policy must identify the seller, payment provider, support route and applicable consumer rights. Refund requests and account deletion are different processes. Do not send card details to the studio.
Before this policy takes effect

- Confirm provider agreements and local refund, withdrawal and digital-content rules.
- Decide optional goodwill refunds and treatment of spent currency; build auditable reversals before sales.
